Torrents on a Chromebook

It is possible to download torrents using your Chromebook. You will have to install a torrent client app from the Chrome Web Store. When you search, you will see torrent extensions but those don't work unless you have the app (connected to the extension) installed on your Chromebook. 

One of the best torrent client app in the Chrome Web Store is JSTorrent. It will cost you $2.99 and has excellent reviews. It is relatively easy to use. You will need to set a storage destination before downloading any torrents. To download a torrent, you can copy and paste torrent links at the top bar (where it says Add Torrent URL). I just bought it and it works great. 

If you have issues playing a video, use the VLC media player for Android.
